Ukrainian Sports Federation of Canada.
Ukrainian Sports Federation of Canada President and past President USC Karpaty, Walter Arendacz promoted new Ukrainian fighter Aleksandr Teslenko at the Sports Tournaments held for Ukrainian Independence Day held at Centennial Park on August 22, 2015.
Teslenko is an up and coming professional boxer (2013 Ukrainian National Champion). He is scheduled to make his professional debut in the heavy weight division at Ricoh Coliseum in Toronto on Friday September 11, 2015.
Teslenko is 23 year-old, he was born in Chernivtsy and started his boxing career in 2005 in Ukraine. He kept winning as he worked his way up to professional status. In 2013, he became the Ukrainian National Champion.
Other boxers on the card on September 11 are: Donavan “Razor” Ruddock making his comeback, and Canadians – Dillon “Big Country” Carman, Adonis “Superman” Stevenson, and Tyson Cave, plus other world boxers.
Teslenko's North American agent Sergiy Litosh of Toronto feels, “Aleksandr can go a long way right to title fight status, but needs a great turnout of Canadian Ukrainian fans to support him and prove to promoters that he is popular at his debut. Come out and support our next Ukrainian boxing sensation and keep Ukraine in front of global media. Bring your Ukrainian flags, hats and shirts to promote Ukraine to Toronto and the global media.”
Tickets are available through www.ticketmaster.ca (The Revival). Tickets start at $50 + fees. For more information contact Sergiy Litosh at (647) 831-3425.
