There was little action in the air war yesterday with the exception of a minor missile strike by the Russians on Myrhorod in Poltava oblast. Ukrainian drones attacked targets in Bryansk oblast of Russia. There was a lot of combat action on the ground on the front lines, but once again little change in the overall situation.
President Zelensky is attending a meeting today in Brussels, Belgium of NATO Defense Ministers.
The U.S. announced a new $200 million aid package today consisting mostly of missiles and ammunition for Ukraine.
President Zelensky stated yesterday that if the war is still going on next year, he will run in the Presidential elections for another term; however, if the war is over, he likely will not.
Russia’s efforts to get elected to the U.N. Human Rights Council failed, as the two available Eastern European seats on the Council went to Albania and Bulgaria.

У повітряній війні вчора мало бойових дій, за винятком незначного ракетного удару росіян по Миргороду в Полтавській області. Українські безпілотники атакували цілі в Брянській області Росії. Було багато бойових дій на місцях на передовій, але знову мало змін у загальній ситуації.
Президент Зеленський сьогодні бере участь у зустрічі міністрів оборони НАТО в Брюсселі, Бельгія.
Сьогодні США оголосили про новий пакет допомоги на суму 200 мільйонів доларів, який складається переважно з ракет і боєприпасів для України.
Президент Зеленський вчора заявив, що якщо наступного року війна триватиме, він балотуватиметься на президентських виборах ще на один термін; однак, якщо війна закінчиться, він, швидше за все, не буде брати участь у виборах.
Зусилля Росії потрапити до Ради ООН з прав людини зазнали невдачі, оскільки два наявні східноєвропейські місця в Раді дісталися Албанії та Болгарії.
