After taking a short break, and by break I mean putting on an interactive dinner theatre performance that took months of preparation, sweat and tears (“Counting Sheep”), Lemon Bucket Orkestra is finally launching their new CD, MOORKA.
As their Facebook event advertises, “your favourite Balkan-klezmer-gypsy-party-punks are back! After several years playing tirelessly at home and abroad, we are beyond excited to celebrate the release of MOORKA, our second full-length album”. The entire album recorded in a barn in Waterloo, Ontario will be officially released March 27, 2015 at the Great Hall on Queen Street.
MOORKA features music Lemon Bucket Orkestra learned in Eastern Europe while on their last tour. LBO will be touring Canada, Korea and Europe by the end of the year to share their new album.
